1ST STEP
Application / Property Approval
After receiving your property details, we’ll carry out a swift assessment and a brief background check. You'll receive an estimate along with projected monthly earnings, followed by scheduling a convenient time for a property viewing.
2ND STEP
Agreement / Viewing
If the property meets our standards and we choose to move forward together, we’ll issue a management agreement outlining our terms, fees, and any planned improvements. We value collaboration and remain open to your input as a landlord.
3RD STEP
Property Onboarding
Once contracts are signed, we arrange a professional staging clean and have high quality photography carried out to present your property at its best. This ensures it’s fully prepared and visually optimised for marketing across selected platforms.
4TH STEP
Listings Go Live
Your property is then listed on our website and across selected major rental platforms. From this point on, you can sit back as we handle everything, bookings, guest communication, and maintenance, while you receive a monthly statement detailing your earnings and payment schedule.
