Complete Your Security Deposit
Your security deposit is processed by Stripe before check-in to cover any incidentals, such as damage, that may occur during your stay. Initially, £1 is charged and immediately refunded to verify your card before processing a £250 GBP pre-authorisation.
Once you've checked out and no incidental charges are necessary, your security deposit will be returned to you within 7 days, and your payment card permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
How will PenthouseStays store and protect my personal information?
PenthouseStays handles and retains your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and uses secure socket layer encryption for security. If you would like us to delete your user information, please submit a request to privacy@penthousestays.com. Please note, however, that there may be circumstances where we are required to keep some or all of that information to comply with regulatory requirements.
If you are required to submit pictures of your ID & face, PenthouseStays uses a trusted third-party service provider to collect and process these. PenthouseStays does not receive or store any biometric data. In addition, our service provider won't share it with anyone else or use it for any other reason and will retain it for only as long as necessary.
