Additional Rules
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the PenthouseStays house rules as listed below: 2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available by request only. Guests who stay beyond the designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff will be liable for any associated costs and expenses incurred. 3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted in any part of PenthouseStays properties or spaces, including all outdoor areas, balconies, and shared/communal spaces. Smoking violations will be subject to a £250 GBP fine plus the cost to clean, deodorise, and repair any related damages. 4. Commercial business work or activities are strictly prohibited without written consent. 5. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. 6. Overnight guests or visitors that exceed the number of guests stated in the reservation are not permitted. 7. Pets are not permitted in any PenthouseStays properties or spaces. Any violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. 8. Guests are liable for covering the costs to replace lost keys, key cards, key fobs, or parking permits. 9. PenthouseStays may use video surveillance in public areas on our properties for safety and security purposes. Noise detecting technology may be used inside our properties to monitor and prevent excessive noise levels. 10. Guests take full responsibility for any loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to the PenthouseStays customer service team immediately. Any unreported damages will be deducted from your security deposit. 11. All guests must submit a valid government-issued ID during our check-in process to verify their identity. 12. Booking a reservation constitutes your agreement to comply with all of the above PenthouseStays House Rules. Guests who violate any of these house rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may if required, be removed from the property.

The Fine Print

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. All guests must also complete a biometric verification before check-in can be confirmed.

 

A damage deposit of £250 is required. The property charges this up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.

 

Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
