You will need to complete our secure, online self-pre-check-in before you arrive for your stay.


We're excited to welcome you to your delightful space, and we're here to ensure your stay with us is memorable and safe!


The process includes a £250 security deposit by the named guest on your reservation which is processed by Stripe, a globally trusted 3rd party service provider, in order to cover any incidentals, such as damage, that may occur during your stay. Once you've checked out and no incidental charges are necessary, your security deposit will be returned to you within 7 days, and your payment card permanently deleted.


We’ll also ask you to submit your government-issued photo ID and selfie which are processed by Persona, a globally trusted 3rd party service provider, in order to verify your identity and to prevent identity fraud. Persona deletes your biometric data promptly after verification is complete.


This information is used solely for the purposes of your stay in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How will PenthouseStays store and protect my personal information?

PenthouseStays handles and retains your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and uses secure socket layer encryption for security. If you would like us to delete your user information, please submit a request to privacy@penthousestays.com. Please note, however, that there may be circumstances where we are required to keep some or all of that information to comply with regulatory requirements.

If you are required to submit pictures of your ID & face, PenthouseStays uses a trusted third-party service provider to collect and process these. PenthouseStays does not receive or store any biometric data. In addition, our service provider won't share it with anyone else or use it for any other reason and will retain it for only as long as necessary.
